Yes, all visits to Elephant Whispers must be booked in advance. We recommend booking at least 48 hours prior to your visit to secure your preferred time slot. This ensures the best experience for you and allows us to properly care for our elephants.

We recommend comfortable, casual clothing in neutral colours (khaki, green, brown). Closed shoes are essential for walking activities. Don't forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome at Elephant Whispers. Our elephant interactions are suitable for the whole family. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yes, our elephants are gentle and accustomed to human interaction. Our experienced handlers are always present to ensure both your safety and the elephants' comfort. We maintain strict safety protocols at all times.

Yes, you're welcome to take photographs during your visit. We also have a professional photographer on site who captures your experience. Photos are available for purchase after your visit.

Yes! Elephant Whispers provides a unique and unforgettable setting for weddings, engagements, and special occasions. Our elephants can be part of your special day. Contact us for more information about our wedding packages.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule your visit.

We strive to accommodate all visitors. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific requirements, and we will do our best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Activity times vary depending on the season and the specific experience you choose. Generally, we offer morning sessions at 09h00, midday sessions at 12h00, and afternoon sessions at 16h00. Please check when booking for exact times.

Light refreshments are available on site. Some of our extended experiences include refreshments or picnics. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know when booking.
